Risk PMO Program Manager

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Risk PMO Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Strategy & Operations, Management Consulting, or Go-to-Market Strategy in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on execution track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects independently
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey complex topics clearly
• Experience in designing and launching complex cross-functional operating models
• Growth mindset with a willingness to adapt and learn
