Risk PMO Overview
The Risk PMO supports the firm's risk governance, regulatory, and strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include coordinating project plans, managing dependencies, escalating risks, and engaging stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Supports PMO for Risk governance, regulatory, and strategic initiatives.
- Captures, tracks, and escalates risks, issues, and blockers.
- Coordinates project plans, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- Tracks progress and ensures timely completion of projects.
- Supports stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination.
- Prepares status reports, governance materials, and management updates.
- Supports committee governance activities, including meeting coordination and action tracking.
- Affirms project management of Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) activities.
Requirements
- Strong PMO, project coordination, or delivery management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
- Experience within Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Governance, or Financial Services environments is preferred but not essential.
- Self-starter with a proactive and execution-oriented mindset.
