Risk PMO Overview

The Risk PMO supports the firm's risk governance, regulatory, and strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include coordinating project plans, managing dependencies, escalating risks, and engaging stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supports PMO for Risk governance, regulatory, and strategic initiatives.
• Captures, tracks, and escalates risks, issues, and blockers.
• Coordinates project plans, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Tracks progress and ensures timely completion of projects.
• Supports stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination.
• Prepares status reports, governance materials, and management updates.
• Supports committee governance activities, including meeting coordination and action tracking.
• Affirms project management of Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) activities.

Requirements

• Strong PMO, project coordination, or delivery management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
• Experience within Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit, Governance, or Financial Services environments is preferred but not essential.
• Self-starter with a proactive and execution-oriented mindset.
