About the role
The Accreditation Risk Manager is responsible for monitoring, coordinating, delegating, and performing all annual and ongoing due diligence audits for the Pharmacy’s accreditations. They shall also ensure compliance with Amazon Pharmacy’s obtained accreditations along with oversight of related compliance and quality programs.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor all annual and ongoing due diligence audits for Pharmacy accreditations.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon Pharmacy’s obtained accreditations and oversee related compliance and quality programs.
- Serve as the interpretive expert for the required accreditation standards applicable to their program.
- Support the Pharmacy in identifying new accreditation needs based on forward-looking business strategy.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in project management including communication, planning, and documentation.
- Experience drafting policies, standard operating procedures, internal guidance, and legally-mandated letters.
- Knowledge of National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP), Utilization Review Accreditation Commission (URAC), or other applicable regulatory experience.
- Passion for Pharmacy compliance best practices.
Qualifications
- Professional auditing qualification, or similar risk or compliance credentials preferred.
- Experience working with computers and Microsoft Office products (including Outlook, Word, and Excel) preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or above preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment preferred.
- 12 months experience at Amazon Pharmacy or 12 months experience in a compliance or quality related role preferred.
- Ability to travel frequently preferred.
- ACHC knowledge preferred.
- LegitScript knowledge preferred.
- A Certified Technician, or greater, with active and in good standing license and in domicile state as required by state preferred.
Skills

Pay
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
- USA, IN, Plainfield - 74,200.00 - 129,800.00 USD annually
- USA, NH, Manchester - 74,200.00 - 129,800.00 USD annually
