Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in the assigned program area or related field (examples could be Risk Management, Public Administration, Organizational Leadership)
- Three (3) years leading or supervising people, and
- Two (2) years project management experience in a similar role or area of responsibility, or
- Any combination of education, professional, volunteer and lived experience that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the classification duties and responsibilities.
Required
- Be able to successfully complete a background check at time of hire.
Work Environment and schedule
- This position will be required to work primarily on-site/in-person.
- Regular hours are Monday - Friday, with occasional evening, weekend, or holidays, as needs arise.
- While eligible for hybrid telework, successful performance in this role requires regular on-site engagement across Metro facilities and operations to build relationships, understand operational risks, and support effective risk management practices. Limited telework will be available and will be scheduled in in accordance with business needs.
Compensation, Benefits and Representation
- The full-salary range for this position is step 1:$122,301.12 to step 6:$156,091.17 annually.
- This position is not eligible for overtime and is not represented by a union. It is classified as Manager I.
