Join us in partnering with an exceptional leader, @Tami Waterman, as we hire two strategic, data-driven Risk Management leaders to support our teams at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center (Milwaukee, WI) and Aurora West (West Allis, WI).

Your expertise will play a critical role in protecting both patients and the organization—while shaping a culture of safety and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with executive and medical staff to drive proactive risk reduction
• Strengthen patient safety practices
• Improve clinical and operational outcomes

Requirements

• Proven track record in risk management and patient safety
• Data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience in healthcare settings

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare administration, public health)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management or related field
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., JCAHO, OSHA)
