We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Company description: "BE LIMITLESS ..." etc. That's likely "About the role"? Actually "Company Description" maybe not needed as a heading; we could put under "About the role"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have sections like About the role (company description + overview), Responsibilities (what you will be doing), Requirements (maybe qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe education/experience), Skills (maybe abilities), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what content goes where. Posting includes: - Company Description (Swissôtel Chicago description) - could go under About the role. - Job Description intro: "You are a confident, observant leader..." maybe part of About the role or Responsibilities. - "What You Will Be Doing" list of duties - that's Responsibilities. - Physical Requirements - maybe under Requirements? Or could be separate but not a heading list; we could include under Requirements. - "YOUR ESPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:" list - that's Qualifications and Skills combined. Could split: Qualifications (education, experience) and Skills (leadership, interpersonal, etc.) - Additional Information: "What Is In It For You" includes hourly rate, benefit card, learning & development, opportunity, CSR, comprehensive benefit package. That's Benefits and Pay. - Also "Heart + Artist = Heartist®" etc - that's culture, maybe part of About the role. - "Our Community Outreach", "Our Vitality", "About Accor", "About Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts" - these are extra company info, could be part of About the role. We must preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from those sections. We must not include boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting includes some culture sections but they are substantive; we keep them. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Pay: hourly rate $28.86 is stated. Benefits: comprehensive benefit package described. Schedule: ability to work rotating shifts, flexible schedule. So we can include Pay, Benefits, Schedule sections. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll produce something like:

Schedule

Ability to work rotating shifts as needed, including mornings, afternoons, mid-shifts, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to maintain a flexible schedule based on the operational needs of the hotel.

We need to ensure we didn't duplicate content. The Skills section includes shift/flexible schedule which also appears in Schedule; but we can keep both as they are distinct. However we might avoid duplication: The shift/flexible schedule appears in Skills list; we could keep it there and not repeat in Schedule, but Schedule section should have the schedule info. It's okay to have some overlap but better to avoid duplication. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is not prohibited but could be considered redundant. Might be okay but better to keep schedule info only in Schedule section and not duplicate in Skills. However the skills list includes many items; we could remove the shift/flexible schedule from Skills to avoid duplication. But the skills list originally includes those as part of abilities; we could keep them there and also have Schedule; but that duplicates. I'd rather keep them in Skills and not have a separate Schedule section? But the posting explicitly mentions schedule info; we need a Schedule section if we have real specific content. The posting includes "Ability to work rotating shifts as needed..." and "Ability to maintain a flexible schedule based on the operational needs of the hotel." That's schedule info. So we need Schedule section. We can keep those items also in Skills? That would duplicate. To avoid duplication, we could move those two items to Schedule and remove from Skills. However the skills list originally includes many other items; we can keep them. Let's adjust: In Skills, exclude the two schedule-related bullets. Keep the rest. Thus Skills bullets: leadership, interpersonal/organizational/decision-making/problem-solving, remain composed, investigative skills, report-writing, verbal/written communication, manage/de-escalate, responsible/dependable/professional discretion, detail-oriented prioritize, work independently/team, lead by example hold accountable, anticipate/respond to guest needs, warm caring approachable. Now Schedule section includes the two bullets. Now check we haven't missed any substantive info: The "Physical Requirements" we placed under Requirements. Good. The "YOUR ESPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:" we split into Qualifications and Skills. Good. The "Additional Information" includes "What Is In It For You" which we turned into Benefits and Pay. Also includes "Heart + Artist = Heartist®" etc we placed under About the role. Also "Our Community Outreach", "Our Vitality", "About Accor", "About Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts" placed under About the role. We also have the initial company description paragraph at start; we placed under About the role. We also have the job description intro paragraph "You are a confident, observant leader..." we placed under About the role as well. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Be Bold, Be Inspired, Be You." That's part of company description; we can keep. Now ensure we didn't include any "EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning" - not present. Now output only HTML fragment. Let's craft final HTML. We need to wrap each section in

and then content. For About the role, we may have multiple paragraphs; we can combine into one

with line breaks? Better to have multiple

sentences. We'll produce:
