Role: Risk Manager responsible for overseeing the risk management program within a behavioral health facility. Responsibilities: Investigate and analyze potential risks, assess liability, implement incident reporting systems, monitor program performance, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.Collaborate with clinical staff to identify and prevent clinical risks, develop educational activities on full disclosure, and maintain oversight of review programs.Manage staff including hiring, training, and performance management to ensure effective operations.Serve as a resource for risk management, policy development, and compliance initiatives, creating policies to enhance patient and employee safety. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, risk management, or related field; supervisory experience; certifications in healthcare risk management or safety preferred; CPR and de-escalation certifications required.
