Work you'll do As a PROJECT - Engineering Delivery Manager II on the risk management team, you will be responsible for supporting enterprise risk management strategy, operations, and executive deliverables across program teams and stakeholders. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field and 3+ years of professional experience in program management or project management, including 2+ years of risk management experienceKnowledge of defense acquisition organizations and risk management principles, methodologies, and frameworksExperience developing risk management policies, procedures, process documentation, or executive-level deliverablesExperience briefing stakeholders at multiple organizational levels, including senior leadersProficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint OnlineActive Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureAbility to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Preferred: Experience supporting defense acquisition organizations or similar program environmentsExperience using Azure DevOps (ADO), governance, risk, and compliance tools, enterprise task management systems, or risk tracking toolsExperience developing or facilitating risk management materials or trainingExperience applying Agile methodologiesDefense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) or Back-to-Basics certification in Program ManagementCertified Risk Management Professional (CRMP), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), or Professional Risk Manager (PRM) certification For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to California and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,000 to $198,400. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
