Responsibilities

  • Play a crucial role in empowering yourself and the sales team in driving strategic growth.
  • Bring your enthusiasm and sales acumen to a leading position within our reputable company.
  • Lead and inspire a team of insurance sales agents to achieve targeted goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to develop new business.
  • Assess team performance and provide continuous feedback to improve overall productivity.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team remains knowledgeable about the latest trends in insurance sales.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or people management with a strong track record of success.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Must hold or be able to obtain an active Tennessee property, casualty, life, and health insurance license's.
