Risk Coordinator
Maintain and Track Licenses
The Licensing Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and tracking all company licenses, registrations, and permits across multiple jurisdictions.
- Prepare, submit, and monitor license applications, renewals, and amendments in a timely manner
- Cook with internal stakeholders (legal, HR, operations, and finance) to gather information required for licensing filings
- Serve as the primary point of contact for licensing-related inquiries and communications with regulatory agencies
- Maintain accurate and organized licensing records, databases, and documentation
Compliance and Reporting
The Licensing Coordinator ensures the organization remains compliant with all applicable licensing requirements by monitoring changes in licensing requirements and regulations, and escalating compliance risks as needed.

- Aid in audits and compliance reviews by providing licensing documentation and status updates
Process Improvement
The Licensing Coordinator assists with process improvements to streamline licensing tracking and reporting.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience in legal, compliance, or administrative roles)
- Experience with licensing, corporate compliance, or regulatory filings preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines across jurisdictions
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and filings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Additional Preferred Experience
- Experience in construction, engineering, or multi-state operations
- Familiarity with Secretary of State filings, contractor licensing, or professional licensing requirements
Additional Information
Salary Range: $60-75K. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law
