Job Summary And Qualifications The Coordinator assists the facility’s Patient Safety/Risk Director with coordination of the facility-wide patient safety program, PSO compliance, disease-response initiatives, and Service Recovery. This role will coordinate process improvement initiatives facility-wide in support of the reduction of medical/health care errors and other factors that contribute to unintended adverse patient outcomes.
