Responsibilities
- Leverage your knowledge of IT environments and industry trends to develop innovative solutions to build and sustain risk management and governance programs for our clients.
- Lead EY teams responsible for transforming risk functions and implementing leading practice technology solutions.
- Effectively lead and motivate client engagement teams and provide technical leadership in the assessment, design, and implementation of controls and IT risk solutions for globally distributed, and complex projects.
- Deliver facts, analyses, and recommendations in an accurate, clear, and concise manner.
- Foster relationships, work collaboratively with business and process owners, and manage effective stakeholder relationships.
- Support multiple projects, shift priorities, and adapt to changing environments.
- Manage business development activities on strategic and global priority accounts.
Requirements
- 6+ years of related work experience as SAP Controls manager, including experience with controls design, automation, build, test, and deploy, across various SAP business processes.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, accounting, finance, or supply chain.
- Solid understanding of SAP Controls framework across all SAP business processes (e.g., purchase-to-pay, record-to-report, order-to-cash).
- Hands-on, results-oriented, delivery-driven individual requiring minimal guidance.
- Experience leading teams, both onshore and offshore, ensuring the timely completion of project implementations along with quality deliverables.
Qualifications
- Industry-related certification (e.g., CPA/CA, CISA, CISM, CRISC).
- Strong understanding of IT industry trends.
- Foundational understanding of SAP auditing.

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $124,900 to $229,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $150,000 to $260,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
Pay
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $124,900 to $229,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $150,000 to $260,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
Schedule
Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
