Responsibilities

• Lead and continuously improve safety and risk management programs, policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives across the organization
• Conduct safety inspections and lead or coordinate root-cause investigations involving workplace injuries, vehicle accidents, property damage, and other incidents
• Administer workers’ compensation and other claims while partnering with employees, insurance carriers, case managers, brokers, and claims representatives
• Develop and deliver safety training and partner with operational teams to educate employees and promote practical, proactive safety practices
• Monitor OSHA requirements and other applicable regulations, ensuring appropriate reporting, documentation, and corrective actions
• Support insurance, property, liability, and broader risk management activities, including working with brokers and underwriters as needed
