Risk Analyst

About the role

As a Risk Analyst on the Commercial Lines team, you'll gain hands-on experience in crafting insurance programs tailored to client needs. You'll collaborate with various departments to ensure successful placements and renewals, learning essential skills from certificate issuance to carrier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute insurance coverage placements and servicing
• Assist in client presentations and coordination with internal parties
• Build and maintain positive business relationships with clients
• Gain exposure to diverse roles within the organization

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Relevant insurance industry education, training, or experience
• Property and Casualty insurance license
• Basic insurance knowledge with a strong desire to learn and achieve insurance designations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent education and/or experience (a plus)
• Insurance industry certifications in addition to necessary license (a plus)
• Significant prior insurance industry experience and knowledge of carriers and markets (a plus)
