Risk Analyst
Job Summary
The Risk Analyst, Culture of Safety plays a key role in supporting a range of programs that promote a culture of safety throughout the organization. This position focuses on loss control, prevention activities, and operational support for several Culture of Safety initiatives. The analyst will provide expertise, track essential performance metrics, and assist with the implementation of new programs and tools.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of Culture of Safety programs by providing operational and analytical expertise
- Aid in the rollout and operations of new safety programs and tools
- Maintain and track key performance indicators related to program success
- Prepare data reports and conduct program-related analyses
- Provide committee and administrative support as required
- Ensure program data is handled with the highest standards of integrity, confidentiality, and security
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is strongly preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are necessary
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams is important
- A commitment to evidence-based risk management and continuous improvement is expected
