About the role

We are seeking a Risk Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying and mitigating risks across various business areas.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation strategies
• Monitor regulatory changes and their impact on risk management
• Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on risk management initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in risk analysis or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of financial markets and economic principles
• Experience with risk management frameworks such as Basel II or ISO 31000
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Skills

• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and modeling
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

Pay

The starting salary for this position is $75,000 per year.
