About the role

The Event Technology & Security role is responsible for planning, deploying, operating, and continuously improving technology solutions that support the security and safety of corporate events. This position partners closely with Corporate Security, Events, IT, Facilities, Sales, Marketing, and technology vendors to deliver secure, scalable, and repeatable event technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and deployment of security technology for major corporate events, conferences, executive events, and customer-facing programs.
• Develop repeatable technology standards for event security, including cameras, video analytics, facial recognition, access control, registration, badging, communications, and security operations centers.
• Partner with event teams to assess security requirements and develop technology plans based on event size, location, risk, and operational needs.
• Support the design and operation of temporary and permanent Security Operations Centers (SOCs) for major events.
• Integrate security technologies and platforms to provide a unified operational view and improve situational awareness.
