Rippling HCM Consultant

Location: United States | Fully Remote Contract: Contract/temp-perm Experience: 5-6+ years Rate: $45-$55 per hour About the Role We are working with a growing HCM consultancy looking for an experienced Rippling HCM Architect / Senior Consultant to join their team on a fully remote basis.This is a senior-level opportunity for someone who has genuine, broad Rippling HCM expertise and can operate beyond day-to-day configuration.The ideal candidate will have strong experience across Rippling HR, Payroll and Reporting, combined with architectural and strategic experience across complex implementations, optimisation projects and customer environments.You will be expected to work independently, understand complex customer requirements, develop effective solutions and hit the ground running with minimal handholding. Key Responsibilities Lead and support complex Rippling HCM implementations and optimisation projectsProvide strategic and architectural guidance across Rippling environmentsDesign scalable HCM solutions based on customer requirements and business processesWork across Rippling HR, Payroll, Reporting and broader HCM functionalityAnalyse existing configurations and identify opportunities for optimisationTranslate complex business requirements into practical Rippling solutionsSupport customers through complex HCM challenges and transformation initiativesCollaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure successful deliveryProvide expert guidance on best practices, system design and platform capabilitiesOperate autonomously while maintaining strong communication and organisation Required Experience 5-6+ years of relevant HCM / HR technology experienceStrong, hands-on Rippling experienceRippling certifiedDemonstrable experience across:Rippling HRRippling PayrollRippling ReportingBroader Rippling HCM functionalityExperience with Rippling architecture / solution designExperience delivering complex implementations and/or optimisation projectsAbility to operate at a strategic and architectural level, rather than purely configuration-focusedStrong understanding of HCM processes and technologyExcellent communication skills and ability to work directly with customersComfortable working independently in a fully remote environmentBased in the United States The Ideal Person We're looking for someone who is more than just a Rippling configuration specialist.You should be a strategic thinker who can step into a complex customer environment, understand the bigger picture and determine the right solution.You will ideally be:Highly personable and easy to communicate withHighly coachable and open to different ways of workingStrategic and thoughtful in your approachOrganised and administratively strongComfortable managing your own workloadProactive and solutions-focusedAble to adapt quickly to different customer environmentsConfident working autonomouslyAble to hit the ground runningThe ability to contribute quickly with minimal handholding is particularly important, as the business is entering a very busy Q4 period.
