Right-of-Way Technician

Full-time position at Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. (LAN).

About the role

Support eminent-domain and right-of-way projects by collecting data, preparing documents, performing quality assurance, and assisting with proceedings and billing.

Responsibilities

• Collect data and gather information or documents.
• Perform standard analysis and prepare documents and visual aids.
• Provide QA/QC of parcel documents.
• Assist in scheduling eminent domain proceedings.
• Attend eminent domain proceedings to take notes and prepare data sheets.
• Prepare reports.
• Assist with processing various payment requests.
• Provide billing support and prepare/submit invoices.
• Package and mail documents.
• Maintain detailed records and physical files.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Notary Public certification preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
