Responsibilities

• Working with Project Manager.
• Working under tight deadlines using analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Execute plans for all aspects of small, medium or large projects.
• Responsible for the project schedule status to meet deadlines.
• Responsible for tracking and monitoring all financial aspects of projects.
• Provide technical assistance to resolve issues and solve problems.
• Supervise the settling of damage claims.
• Oversee the necessary licensing and permits.
• Reviewing progress of projects.
• Construction support liaison responsibilities.
• Supervise Appraisal Negotiation.
• Supervise Relocation Assistance.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate of a College or University (Preferred).
• Real Estate License (Preferred).

Qualifications

• Employees in this position will be required to maintain a valid driver's license and may be required to drive a licensed vehicle.
• This status may be necessary for the length of time in this position.
• Employees in this job title may be required to submit to a drug screening test and background check.

Physical Requirements

• Walking over rough and hilly terrain may be required.
• Work typically involves extensive contact with the public.
• Work is performed in all types of weather conditions.

Additional Requirements

• Experience: Right of way: 5 years (Required).
• License/Certification: Driver's License (Required).
• Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week.
