Right of Way Due Diligence Agent

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret easements, alignment sheets, surveys, and plats pertaining to pipeline and other right-of-way projects.
• Analyze and understand diverse provisions within newer easements for accuracy and compliance.
• Leverage database systems to track, organize, and manage relevant title and land documentation.
• Apply GIS tools such as Google Earth and ArcGIS to support project due diligence efforts and ensure data integrity.

Requirements

• Eligible to work permanently in the United States.
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Previous experience with midstream or gathering systems is mandatory.
• Ability to read and interpret easements, alignment sheets, surveys, and plats, with a basic understanding of title and experience using databases and GIS tools (Google Earth, ArcGIS, etc.).
