About the role

Review and interpret easements, alignment sheets, surveys, and plats pertaining to pipeline and other right-of-way projects.

Analyze and understand diverse provisions within newer easements for accuracy and compliance.

Leverage database systems to track, organize, and manage relevant title and land documentation.

Apply GIS tools such as Google Earth and ArcGIS to support project due diligence efforts and ensure data integrity.

Requirements

Previous experience with midstream or gathering systems is mandatory.

Ability to read and interpret easements, alignment sheets, surveys, and plats, with a basic understanding of title and experience using databases and GIS tools (Google Earth, ArcGIS, etc.).
