RIGGING REPAIR SPECIALIST

About the role

Join the team behind some of the most prominent events in the world, including EDC, Metallica’s World Tour, the NFL Draft, CES, Broadway, iHeartRadio, Saturday Night Live, and The Tonight Show. As a Rigging Repair Specialist at 4Wall, you’ll inspect, repair, test, and maintain rigging equipment to ensure it meets 4Wall standards and applicable safety regulations. You’ll verify repair documentation, maintain accurate equipment records, assist with parts management, and support equipment readiness for rental and show operations. This role may require travel to other 4Wall locations for repairs, inspections, project support, and workload demands. When not traveling, you’ll support the daily operations of your local rigging department.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, test, and maintain rigging equipment to meet safety and quality standards.
• Verify repair documentation and maintain accurate equipment records.
• Assist with parts management and ensure equipment readiness for rental and show operations.
• Travel to other 4Wall locations for repairs, inspections, project support, and workload demands as needed.
• Support daily operations of the local rigging department when not traveling.

Requirements

• Previous experience with theatrical rigging equipment or electric motors.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment without supervision.
• Ability to lift 75-100 lbs.
• Availability for moderate to frequent travel, including occasional travel with short notice.

Pay

Hourly range: $24.81 - $39.21, depending on experience.
