About the role
Rigging Design Engineers are responsible for designing and developing rigging systems for various projects. This includes creating detailed plans, ensuring safety standards are met, and collaborating with other engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Create and review rigging designs to ensure they meet safety and performance standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to integrate rigging solutions into overall project plans.
- Conduct regular inspections of rigging systems to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and regulations related to rigging design and safety.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in rigging design and implementation.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
- Strong understanding of rigging standards and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software.
- Familiarity with OSHA and ANSI rigging standards.
- Knowledge of material handling and crane operations.

Pay
