Rigger
Mission
Accurately, safely and efficiently handles all aspects of lifting and handling.
Participates in all aspects of lifting and handling by performing duties listed below.
Effectively able to train other team members.
Requirements
- Mission Readiness: High school diploma required and two to four years of related experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five years lifting and handling experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Two years of experience as an electric overhead bridge crane operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Must possess or have the ability to obtain NCCO or NCCER certification within 24 months of employment.
- Two years forklift operating experience.
- Ability to read and comprehend load charts and rigging capacity charts.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Strong Mathematical skills.
- Ability to read a tape measure (standard or metric) and convert them both ways.

MinimalPhysical Requirements
- May be required to stand, walk, sit, reach/pull/push with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop or kneel regularly.
- May lift or carry 50lbs.
- Weights exceeding 50lbs will require mechanical means to maneuver.
