Rigger

What You’ll Do

• Perform rigging, signaling, and load control for heavy lifts
• Auxiliary tasks include assisting with crane assembly, gantry systems, and hydraulic equipment
• Support projects and heavy haul operations
• Inspect, maintain, and prepare rigging gear for safe use
• Help with equipment transport, including trucks and trailers
• Work both in the field and on dynamic project sites

What You Bring

• Required: Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills, willingness to work in a hands-on, outdoor environment, ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work, flexibility to work varying schedules, travel, and overtime
• Preferred: Experience in rigging, construction, farmhand, or heavy equipment, CDL Class A (or ability to obtain), Rigger certification or TWIC card
• Additional Expectations: Ability to work day/night shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed, willingness to travel occasionally for field work
