Rifle Assembly Technician

Location: Cody, Wyoming • Employment: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Utilize manufacturing orders, inspect products for defects, and follow all work instructions.
• Perform function tests, make adjustments according to guidelines, and follow testing/documentation procedures.
• Monitor inventory, report discrepancies, and assist in other assembly areas as needed (e.g., customer service, bipod and small part assembly).

Skills and Experience

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Competency in using required tools and measuring devices.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and function in a high‑pressure environment.
• 2 years of experience in a similar field preferred.
• Willingness to strictly follow work instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay

$18-20/hr DOE
