Assembly Technician

Summary

Use your experience and technical skill to assemble precision racing components for professional drag racing and NASCAR applications. This role requires a high level of mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently assemble complex products such as shocks, steering boxes, master cylinders, and brake systems
• Read and interpret technical drawings or build sheets
• Inspect and verify components for quality and accuracy
• Maintain organized inventory and contribute to process improvements
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Requirements

• 2+ years of mechanical assembly experience (automotive or related industry preferred)
• Strong measuring and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Able to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork mindset
• Able to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
