• Comfortable in controlling groups of customers
• Strong Customer Service skills
• History of working within a team structure
• Able to be outside and deal with cold climate
• Able to lift heavy objects and push heavy groups of tubers
• Willingness to do various roles to help the team including manual labor like shoveling or cleaning
