What This Role Looks Like
Welcome guests and assist with check-in and general questions
Help organize and manage guest flow throughout the park
Support guides and team members to keep tours running on time
Assist with daily operations, including opening/closing tasks
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
Communicate clearly with guests and team members
Jump in wherever needed to support the team

What You'll Do

Schedule & Availability
- Most team members start in late May as schools let out, with opportunities to begin earlier depending on availability
- This is not a traditional 9-5 role—hours vary based on bookings and seasonality
- Some days are longer, some are shorter
- When not actively assisting guests, time may be used for additional duties
- Weekend and holiday availability is required
- Flexible scheduling available based on your availability
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old (14-15 will be considered for limited roles)
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
