About the role

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with state standards.
- Engage students in interactive activities that promote critical thinking and creativity.
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop comprehensive lesson plans and resources.
- Support students' social-emotional development through classroom management and guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- At least one year of teaching experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Pass a background check.
- Valid teaching license or ability to obtain within six months.
