About the role

The role is designed to inspire and educate students in our innovative learning environment. This includes planning engaging lessons, facilitating small group discussions, and providing individualized support to each student.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with state standards.
• Engage students in interactive activities that promote critical thinking and creativity.
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop comprehensive lesson plans and resources.
• Support students' social-emotional development through classroom management and guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• At least one year of teaching experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Valid teaching license or ability to obtain within six months.
