About the role

Northeast Family Services is seeking an ABA Clinical Trainee to join our growing Rhode Island team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates with a year of experience working with children, adolescents, and families.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate quality behavioral health services by serving as a liaison between clients and the service providers involved in their treatment
• Supervise, train, and manage direct service staff
• Maintain related treatment services and program documentation

Requirements

• Enrolled in Master’s program, pursuing BCBA credential
• Accruing or looking to accrue fieldwork hours toward the BCBA credential
• Minimum one year of experience working with children, youth and families
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle (comfortability with travel in RI)
• Proficient with supervision, service delivery and case management fundamentals

Qualifications

Preferred applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
