Clinical Trainee

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group mental health therapy services to elementary-aged students.
• Engage families in treatment planning, communication, and coordination of care.
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and administration to support student success.
• Develop and implement interventions focused on early identification, prevention, and treatment of mental health concerns.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational, payer, and licensing requirements.
• Participate in consultation, supervision, and professional development activities.

Qualifications

• A master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
• Licensure or license eligibility in the state of Minnesota and North Dakota (LGSW, LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, etc.).
• Experience or passion for working with children and families in a school-based or clinical setting.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
