Clinical Research Trainee

Clinical Research Trainee's Main Objective: Overall, the Clinical Research Trainee is responsible for delivering an excellent patient experience while driving accurate, efficient study execution, ensuring: Patients have a positive, professional, and comfortable experience throughout their time in our clinicPatient visits are completed accurately and efficiently, with close adherence to clinical trial protocols and site expectationsPatient recruitment, screening, and enrollment activities are supported with a strong focus on follow-throughPatients are guided through the study journey to help ensure they attend and complete required visitsClinical and visit data are entered timely and accurately into required systems and documentation platformsPatients, physicians, and other stakeholders receive clear, timely communication Skills Needed to Win Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a decisive, solutions-oriented approach to fast-moving or uncertain situationsHigh attention to detail and ability to stay organized across competing prioritiesAbility to quickly learn protocols, systems, and clinical workflowsA collaborative, patient-focused mindsetHelpful experience or backgrounds may include:Exposure to healthcare, patient care, clinic operations, or clinical researchClinical shadowing, medical assistant, medical scribe, urgent care experience, clinical documentation or medical charting experienceCompleting patient visits, or prior experience with clinical procedures like blood draws, ECGs, and vital signs How We Work: DelRicht Research’s Core Values Production: We deliver on our promises, take action, and solve problems proactively.Humility: We support each other, bring enthusiasm, and embrace change.Consistency: We value accuracy, persistence, and staying calm under pressure.
