About the role
DOCS Health is seeking General Dentists to provide essential dental care to Reserve Service Members right in your own office. Through a partnership with QTC and the Defense Health Agency (DHA), DOCS Health refers over 100,000 Service Members annually to local dental practices. Patients are pre‑identified based on their dental needs, which may include exams, restorative work, endodontics, and oral surgery.
Responsibilities
- Perform dental exams, restorative procedures, endodontic treatment, and oral surgery for Reserve Service Members
- Coordinate patient referrals with DOCS Health and QTC/Leidos
- Maintain your own office location for service delivery
- Ensure all licensing, credentialing, and insurance requirements are met
Requirements
- Own office location
- Copy of current dental license
- NPI number
- CPR certification
- Certificate of Insurance (COI)
