About the Role

DOCS Health is seeking General Dentists to provide essential dental care to Reserve Service Members in your own office. Through our partnership with QTC and the Defense Health Agency (DHA), DOCS Health refers over 100,000 Service Members annually to local dental practices. Patients are pre-identified based on their dental needs, which may include exams, restorative work, endodontics, and oral surgery.

• National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• CPR certification
