Rheumatology- Physician- Mason City, Iowa- $330k base + $120,000 bonus!

About the role

This is an outpatient‑only General Rheumatology position at MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City, Iowa. The practice is very busy and offers a teaching environment for Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residents, as well as ARNP/PA and medical students. The role is full‑time and provides access to a 342‑bed regional referral teaching hospital, a Level III Trauma Center, and a network of more than 300 providers across numerous specialties serving approximately 260,000 patients.

Pay

• $330,000 guaranteed base salary for the first two years
• $120,000 bonus package
• Up to $15,000 moving allowance

Qualifications

• Graduates of an MD or DO program
• Completion of an appropriate residency program
• Board certified or board eligible in Rheumatology (must be board certified within three years of eligibility)
• Ability to obtain Mercy Medical Center‑North Iowa medical staff privileges
• Above‑average communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• License or eligibility for an Iowa physician license, Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate, and Federal DEA Certificate
• Must pass drug screen; EOE compliance
