About the role
Rheumatologists are needed to join a premier, independent orthopedic surgery group in Alaska covering all subspecialties. The position offers an immediate and sustained patient load, a full relocation package, and competitive compensation including a base salary guarantee, production incentives, and partnership track availability.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside 3 Board-Certified and Fellowship-Trained Rheumatologists
- Collaborate in a collaborative interdependent professional work culture
- Practice in a beautiful new state-of-the-art facility with on-site ancillary services
- Be part of a patient-centered, professional environment dedicated to lowering the cost of healthcare in Alaska
Requirements
- MD or DO degree with an ABIM-recognized internal medicine residency (three years minimum)
- Completion of rheumatology fellowship
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in rheumatology
- Alaska State License to practice, or eligible
- Completion of the minimum required number of hours of rheumatology/internal medicine continuing medical education
Qualifications
- Completed degree in MD or DO
- Completed ABIM-recognized internal medicine residency (three years minimum)
- Completed rheumatology fellowship
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in rheumatology
- Alaska State License to practice, or eligible
- Completed the minimum required number of hours of rheumatology/internal medicine continuing medical education
