About the role

Full-time Rheumatology Physician position in a community-focused medical group, providing outpatient care with full autonomy. Flexible schedule options available, including part-time or week-on/week-off arrangements.

Physicians see an average of 2 patients per hour, with new patient visits around 40 minutes.

Requirements

• Board Certification or Eligibility in Rheumatology
• Ability to obtain an Ohio medical license

Pay

Guaranteed base salary of $300,000–$350,000, with uncapped bonuses based on quality and productivity. Total annual earnings typically range from $400,000–$500,000.
