Responsibilities

• Making critical clinical decisions
• Absessing and developing person-centred care plans
• Safely providing nursing care including administering medication, dressings, and managing resident's medical conditions
• Supporting each other to create a safe environment for all

Requirements

• Valid PIN
• Experience as a qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN)
• Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• The ability to develop yourself and others
• To build good close relationships with residents and their families
• An enthusiastic approach and the ability to be highly responsive under pressure
• Commitment to ensuring the very best of care is delivered to residents

Qualifications

You will have a wide range of responsibilities to include making critical clinical decisions, assessing and developing person centred care plans, safely providing nursing care including administering medication, dressings and management of resident’s medical conditions.
