Registered Nurse ( RN ) - Days or Nights

Legacy Health and Rehabilitation is a long-term care and rehabilitation facility united by purpose, seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN).

About the role

The RN will provide direct nursing care to residents, assist with rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with the clinical team, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with facility protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery.

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care

Pay

Hourly pay range: $32.65–$42.85 (based on experience). $15,000 sign-on bonus.

Schedule

Full-time, 12-hour shifts (day or night), with every other weekend off.
