About the role
MCI is seeking an RFP Specialist to lead proposal development for enterprise and B2B clients. This role requires strong writing and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Review RFPs and tailor responses to client needs.
- Collaborate with SMEs to gather technical content.
- Write, edit, and format persuasive proposals.
- Manage timelines to ensure timely submissions.
- Maintain a repository of case studies and templates.
- Track proposal success and improve processes.
Requirements
The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications and 2 years of B2B proposal or bid management experience. Excellent writing and editing skills, strong organizational and project management abilities, and familiarity with B2B sales and solution selling are also required. Experience with proposal tools is a plus.
