The City of Somerville’s Planning, Preservation, & Zoning (PPZ) Division of the Mayor’s Office of Strategic Planning & Community Development (OSPCD) is seeking proposals from qualified, multi-disciplinary teams to produce a Planning Study for the neighborhoods surrounding McGrath Highway (State Route 28).
The McGrath Highway (State Route 28) is slated for transformation into an at-grade urban boulevard by MassDOT (McGrath Boulevard capital project).
