RFD_Warehouse Coordinator

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Cook up the scheduling of inbound shipments of components and raw materials.
• Maintain the daily schedule of inbound and outbound vehicles.
• Act as a liaison between the Warehouse and all other departments in matters pertaining to transportation and logistics.
• Cook up with the waste hauler for pickup of waste and recyclables.
• Cook up with vendors to schedule maintenance on forklifts.
• Gather and track warehouse related metrics.
• Cook up with other departments to ensure the proper segregation of recyclables.
• Act as a liaison between Receiving and Planning to ensure components are received as necessary to keep with the production schedule.
• Aid in the duties of “Training” for the Warehouse department.
• Aid in writing or updating departmental work practices and company SOP’s.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Testing at approved grade level for position.
• Basic Mathematical Skills.
• Basic Computer Skills: Ability to perform basic computer tasks and has the ability to operate common computer programs.
• Minimum Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak in a way that allows one to participate effectively in various conversations. Ability to read various types of standard items addressed to general readers.
• Intermediate Reasoning: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions that may be furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems that involve several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Pay

For candidates in Illinois: the hiring rate for this position is $19.96-$22.46 plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including but not limited to specific and relevant experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise.
