RFD_Materials Management Coord

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Verifies and reports on inventory related information.
• Investigates and reports on materials variances to determine root cause.
• Performs and reports on physical inventory and cycle counting.
• Prepares required inventory reports and updates for Planners.
• Processes C of D's, verifying quantities on C of D paperwork match physical quantities, as well as verifying disposition method for destruction.
• Fills out and maintains inventory adjustment forms for all transfers and adjustments.
• Operates Sit-down and Reach Forklifts
• Performs battery maintenance functions, charging, checking, and transferring of batteries from charging station into fork lift.
• Aids in the data collection, verification, and reporting of inventory related information.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and/or 3-5 years related experience and/or training.
• Basic Mathematical Skills.
• Basic Computer Skills: Ability to perform basic computer tasks and has the ability to operate common computer programs.
• Full Professional Proficiency: Ability to speak, read, and write fluently and accurately on all levels pertinent to professional needs.
• High Reasoning: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where there is only limited standardization. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions that may be provided in various forms.

Pay

The hiring rate for this position is $16.50/hour - $18.57/hour plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including but not limited to specific and relevant experience, education, credentials, geography, and subject matter expertise.
