RFC Training Lead - Swing Shift

Responsibilities

• Safeguard the safety of employees and partners through leadership and adherence to safety protocols.
• Coordinate workflow within the warehouse and serve as a liaison between departments and external partners and customers.
• Lead a subset team to meet or exceed performance goals and customer commitments.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse quality, safety, and sanitation practices.
• Direct and oversee RFC hourly employees to meet performance, accuracy, and attendance standards.
• Train new hires and assist in their orientation.
• Analyze and report data to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
• Communicate daily goals to the team and participate in Shift Start-Up Meetings.
• Monitor and discuss performance results with team members each day and week.
• Develop and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the assigned team of hourly employees.

Requirements

• Warehouse leadership experience, or related experience preferred.
• Able to perform tasks requiring sitting, standing, bending, twisting, and turning for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Physically capable of operating forklifts and various types of pallet jacks.
• Read, write, and demonstrate basic math skills.
• Communicate effectively and have familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
• Show good organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including overtime as needed.

Pay

Base salary range: $24.90 - $28.60 per hour

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 2:30pm - 11:00pm
