Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Empower the team by taking charge and setting morale and tone.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Ensure the quality of food and beverages served and maintain a safe and clean store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy.

Pay

Hourly Rate: $11.67 - $18.67 per hour. Starting pay is subject to Local and State Minimum Wage regulations. Ranges reflect what employer reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for such position.

Schedule

The physical demands for this position are sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours.
