Responsibilities
- Safeguard the safety of employees and partners through leadership and adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinate workflow within the warehouse and serve as a liaison between departments and external partners and customers.
- Lead a subset of the department to meet or exceed performance goals and customer commitments.
- Oversee Warehouse Associates in adhering to quality, safety, and sanitation practices.
- Direct new hires in various job functions and assist with their orientation.
- Analyze and report data during the shift, engaging with employees on performance results.
- Prepare and attend daily Shift Start-Up Meetings to set daily goals.
- Accountable for meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the assigned team of hourly employees.
Requirements
- Warehouse leadership experience, or related experience preferred.
- Able to perform tasks requiring sitting, standing, bending, twisting, and turning for extended periods.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Physically capable of operating forklifts and various lengths of pallet jacks.
- Read, write, and demonstrate basic math skills.
- Communicate effectively and have familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.
- Show good organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work overtime as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Skills

- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office.

- Base salary range: $24.90 - $28.60 per hour.

Schedule
Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00am - 1:30pm.
