We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, scam warning, duplicated lines, application instructions.
We need to parse the description.
Key content:

- Pay Range: $87,100.00 - $157,450.00 (with note about guideline). Also there is a section "Pay And Benefits" with generic benefits but not specific. The instruction: include Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state Pay Range. So we can include Pay section with that range. Benefits: The posting mentions "Pay and benefits are fundamental..." but then generic benefits list (competitive compensation, Health and Wellness programs, Income Protection, Paid Leave and Retirement). However that is generic boilerplate? It's under "Pay And Benefits" heading but seems like generic description. The instruction: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does state some benefits but they are generic. However they are mentioned: "Employment benefits include competitive compensation, Health and Wellness programs, Income Protection, Paid Leave and Retirement." That is somewhat specific. Should we include? The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Might include Benefits if there is real content. It's somewhat generic but still mentions specific benefit categories. I'd include Benefits section with those items as a list.
- Schedule: Hybrid in office - 3 days in office/2 days remote. That's schedule info. So include Schedule section.
- About the role: The initial description paragraph could be considered About the role. We'll put that in About the role section.
- Responsibilities: we have list.
- Requirements: Could be Basic Qualifications (required). We'll call that Requirements.
- Qualifications: Could be Preferred Qualifications (desired). We'll call that Qualifications.
- Skills: Could be skills from basic qualifications like soldering, test equipment, etc. But we already covered in Requirements. Might not need separate Skills section. To avoid thin sections, we can combine skills into Requirements or Qualifications. But the instruction: use headings for sections like Skills if there is content. We could decide not to include Skills if content already covered. However we have specific skills like soldering, test equipment, etc. Might be better to put them under Requirements. We'll keep Requirements as basic qualifications (including skills). Qualifications as preferred.
- Pay: include Pay range.
- Benefits: include list.
- Schedule: include hybrid.
Now we must remove boilerplate: navigation, legal, EEO, scam warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "About Leidos", "Pay And Benefits" generic? We already extracted benefits. Remove "Securing Your Data", "Commitment to Non-Discrimination". Also remove "Original Posting September 24, 2026", "For U.S. Positions: While subject to change..." etc. Also remove "If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling..." etc. Also remove "Step 10 is ancient history..." etc.
Now produce HTML fragment.

Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
We need to ensure we don't repeat job title. Also ensure we don't include any extraneous info like "Hybrid in office - 3 days in office/2 days remote" we used. Now we need to capture all substantive info from responsibilities list. Let's list them precisely: - Provide 24/7/365 remote restoration support during system failures at offsite locations - Perform testing and characterization of RF components and subassemblies to verify performance against design requirements and technical documentation. - Provide hands-on technical support in the design, development, integration, and testing of satellite communications ground station equipment. - Travel to remote sites 1-2 times per year to complete preventive maintenance action, conduct inventories, and install/verify system upgrades or other testing activities. - Assist in the development and maintenance of engineering documentation, including design specifications, test procedures, schematics, and Bills of Materials (BOMs). - Support laboratory test activities, including setup, calibration, data collection, and documentation of results. - Troubleshoot hardware issues at the subsystem and unit level, working closely with engineers to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. - Conduct depot operations to include evaluation of failed hardware, coordination of repairs with vendor or OEM, shipping/receiving, tracking hardware location and status. - Maintain lab equipment and environment ensuring proper configuration and handling of RF test instrumentation. - Complete Annual Obsolescence Study to identify/replace program baseline Line Replaceable Units (LRU’s) that are no longer available from OEM. - Develop and update block diagrams, cable drawings and other technical documentation to support the program. Now Requirements (basic qualifications) list: - Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, or a related field with 4-8 years of relevant experience, or 8+ years of hands-on experience in RF and analog circuit troubleshooting and testing in lieu of a degree. - Experience testing and troubleshooting RF and analog circuits and subsystems with emphasis on Satellite Ground Station Equipment to include Upconverters, Downconverters, Low-Noise Amplifiers, Klystron Power Amplifiers, Satcom Antennas, Satellite Tracking Systems and transmission lines. - Experience in building and testing RF cables. - Experience in building and testing data and other signal communications cables (i.e. Ethernet, D-Sub miniature, Mil-Spec circular, etc.). - Ability to interpret technical documentation such as schematics, wiring diagrams, and test procedures. - Strong attention to detail and ability to document test results accurately. - Willingness to respond to operational issues on a 24/7/365 basis. - Experience with Radio Frequency Test and Measurement equipment to include Spectrum/Signal Analyzers, Vector Network Analyzers, Power Meters, Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators and other basic electrical and electronic test equipment. - Experience with the safe usage of basic hand and power tools. - Basic soldering skills. - Knowledge of standard serial communication protocols (RS-232, RS-422, etc.). - Occasional CONUS travel will be required (4 to 5 weeks per year). - Ability to work in a small team environment and work independently with minimal guidance. - Ability to lift and install electronic components in operational and lab environments. - Ability to climb Antenna structures. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Power Point and VISIO. Now Qualifications (preferred) list: - Software: MATLAB, LabVIEW, AI tools - Cisco Networking Certifications (CCST, CCNA, CCNP) Now Benefits list from posting: "Employment benefits include competitive compensation, Health and Wellness programs, Income Protection, Paid Leave and Retirement." We'll put those as list items. Now About the role paragraph: combine first paragraph and hybrid statement? Actually hybrid is schedule. We'll keep About the role as description of role and location: "Leidos Homeland Sector Air Traffic Systems is seeking a Satellite System RF Systems Integration and Test Engineer in Gaithersburg, MD to support the GEO7 Service Lease Program (G7SL) which provides 24/7/365 operational support to the FAA’s Wide
