RF Systems Engineer Level 1 - Clearance Required

About the role

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to apply systems engineering principles throughout the entire system lifecycle, including concept, development, production, utilization, support, and retirement. The role involves interacting with government stakeholders, ensuring technical integrity, quality, and completeness of deliverables across various process areas aligned with ISO/IEC 15288 standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems engineering activities
• Prepare technical work products
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support mission objectives

Requirements

• TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
• Bachelor’s degree in a qualified engineering or related field
• At least one year of systems engineering experience
• Experience coding in Python and Visual Basic
• Strong RF knowledge and experience with EMI testing within HF, VHF, and UHF spectra
• Familiarity with RF testing equipment and components
• Ability to formulate test plans and draft technical reports
• Ability to specify and review system and component performance requirements
• Excellent collaboration skills with stakeholders
• Willingness to travel periodically for short durations
